By accessing or using Qwee (the "Service") at app.qwee.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Qwee is an email campaign automation platform that enables users to schedule, send, and track email campaigns through their connected Gmail accounts. The Service includes contact management, template design, campaign scheduling, delivery tracking, and follow-up automation features.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You access the Service by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the Service to:
The Service integrates with Gmail via the Google API. You are solely responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service and API policies when using the Service. Qwee requests only the gmail.send scope, which allows sending emails on your behalf without reading your mailbox. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time, which revokes all access immediately.
The Service enforces daily sending limits to prevent abuse and comply with Gmail API quotas. The default daily limit is determined by your account settings and may be adjusted by an account administrator. The Service also prevents duplicate emails to the same recipient within a campaign and offers follow-up detection to avoid redundant sends.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the content you upload and create within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the email addresses in your contact lists and that recipients have consented to receive your communications where required by law.
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Qwee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. Content you create (templates, campaigns, contact lists) remains your property.
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account and ceasing use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your usage poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that emails will be successfully delivered. Email delivery depends on recipient servers, spam filters, and other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Qwee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal proceedings.
