Qwee ("we", "our", or "us") is an email campaign automation platform that allows users to schedule, send, and track email campaigns through their Gmail accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at app.qwee.online.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and a profile image. We do not request access to your Google contacts, Google Drive, or other Google services beyond Gmail sending permissions.

2.2 Campaign Data

We store the contact lists, email templates, campaign schedules, and delivery statuses you create. This data is stored in our secure database and is only accessible to you and your authorized team members.

2.3 Gmail OAuth Tokens

When you connect your Gmail account, we store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. These tokens are used solely to send emails on your behalf. We never store your Gmail password.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect operational data including email sending volumes, delivery rates, and error logs to provide and improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send email campaigns on your behalf through your connected Gmail account
• To display campaign analytics and delivery tracking
• To prevent duplicate emails and manage sending rate limits

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon's cloud infrastructure in the United States. Gmail OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Access to the database is restricted and authenticated.

5. Gmail API Data Access

Qwee requests the following Gmail API scope: gmail.send. This scope allows Qwee to send emails on your behalf only. Qwee does not read, modify, or access your existing Gmail messages, labels, or mailbox content.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your campaign data and contact lists are private to your account. We share data only with our infrastructure providers (Neon for database hosting, Backblaze B2 for file storage, Cloudflare for email queue processing) who are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data solely to provide the services we use.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, with the exception of data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention.

8. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data through the Qwee dashboard.
• Deletion: You can delete contacts, campaigns, templates, and your entire account at any time.
• Revocation: You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
• Export: You can export your contact lists via CSV at any time.

9. Cookies

Qwee uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Qwee is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
